We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. As we continue to grow, we're working towards expanding our shipping destinations and hope to offer worldwide delivery in the near future.

Delivery times
Expected delivery times:

• Netherlands: 1-3 business days
• Belgium: 1-3 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on customs procedures or local postal services.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs for your order are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location, as well as the size, weight, or value of your order. We offer free shipping on all orders over €200.

Returns

Return policy
At ISSA ELA, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, returning it is easy. Find all the necessary details below to guide you through the process.

Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• With all tags attached
• Returned in the original packaging
• Free of smell of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
• Free of makeup or fake tan marks.

Return costs
Unfortunately, returns are not free of charge. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds
Once the return has been received and checked, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. If the order consisted of multiple items, you will, ofcourse, only be refunded the purchase price of the returned item, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be credited via the original payment method.
